Type part of a company name or its tax ID. The invoice company form fills in one go with name, address, tax ID and tax office.
How it works
Open the invoice window
Open the invoice company window on the folio and click Fatura Doldur on the bookmarks bar.
Search the company
Type part of the name or the tax ID. Turkish characters and letter case don't matter.
Pick and check
Select and press Enter; the fields fill. Saving is always your decision.
What it does
When invoicing a company, name, address, district, city, tax number and tax office are typed one by one; long legal names and tax IDs invite typos.
Fatura Doldur searches the hotel's own list of registered companies. Turkish characters and letter case don't matter, and you can search with several words.
It shortens names to the field limits, converts the tax office to the format the system expects, and for foreign companies selects the country and leaves tax fields empty. Saving is always the user's decision.
